PBR Tournaments KC Privacy Policy:

At PBR Tournaments KC, we respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP Address, Cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone for any reason.

PBR Tournaments KC Security Policy:

At PBR Tournaments KC, your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including Credit Card Number, Name, and Address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

PBR Tournaments KC Liability/Medical Treatment:

I hereby give my consent to participate in PBR Tournaments KC events. PBR Tournaments KC shall not be held liable for any injury whatsoever in association with these events. I also certify that I know of no physical problems or conditions of my child which would impair participation. In the event my child is injured, I authorize the coach or his representative to secure first aid and/or the services of any legally qualified physician or hospital and agree to assume all financial obligations connected therewith.

PBR Tournaments KC Refund Policy:

  1. If Zero Games are played 75% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by PBR Tournaments.
  2. If 25% of your guaranteed tournament games are played 50% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by PBR Tournaments
  3. If  33% of your guaranteed tournament games are played 40% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by PBR Tournaments
  4. If you play 2 or more of your scheduled games, that is considered a full tournament.
  5. Credits are valid for 12 months from the time of the cancelled event.

Gate Fees are non refundable. PBR Tournaments KC will do everything we can to play all scheduled games.

Teams that pull out after an event is sold out will not receive any refund or credit. Teams that pull out with 90 days of an event will not receive any refund or credit. Teams that pull out prior to the 90 days of an event will receive a refund minus their deposit.
